Yes, she’s precious!! No, she’s not ours
However, we are expecting in October! I only hope he/she’s as adorable as little Emmy.

Where did that year go?! It seems like just two days ago that I posted Daniel’s one-year pictures! Well, here he is again… a year older and as energetic as ever! Check out his one-year photos here.
Grabbed a few of Mom, Dad and Sis too.

I was going through my photos from earlier this year and came across this one of Kwyn (pronounced Quinn… aka Kwynnie Pooh). He’s so adorable I just had to post him! And, yes… that’s drool, not honey! More photos of this awesome family coming soon!
Update: Sry…spelled his name wrong the first time. Perhaps I shoulda checked with Mom instead of Dad

If you stop and think about it, there’s something really special about all the FIRSTS in life…first tooth, first step, first day of school, first “A”, first car… girl friend, etc. You’ll only have one first…whatever! The crazy thing is… we never really stop! I’m still discovering occasional firsts! In fact…each day is the first day of the rest of my life! I know, I know, very profound. I guess what I’m saying is…go out there and make the best of each day! Make each day count. Do what God is calling you to do…what He’s created you to do! …because today will be over and you’ll never have it again.
Meet Riley! He just turned one. As his neighbor, I’m excited to watch him grow up and witness some of his firsts. I can tell by the shine in his eyes that he’s ready to embrace life and whatever God has for him.

The little red-haired girl from Lititz — whose battle with cancer and a plea for Christmas cards touched people’s hearts the world over — was given only a few weeks to live late last year.
But Hannah, who was diagnosed with glioblastoma multiforme in October and wasn’t expected to see Christmas, struggled through to her fifth birthday on Jan. 16. She celebrated Easter and even managed to dip her toes in the Chesapeake Bay during an early summer outing.
She rode in a fire truck in the Mother’s Day Make-a-Wish convoy and, on May 30, she fulfilled a dream by serving as flower girl in her cousin Sheri’s wedding. Her favorite colors were pink and purple, and she loved to draw.
Hannah died Tuesday evening, surrounded by her family. -Intelligencer Journal
May she rest in peace. Our prayers are with the family.

The big “ONE”!! The first year of many firsts! The beginning…a clean slate. An unread book with many chapters yet to be written.
This book of Daniel promises to be an exciting one! You can already tell…mischief just SHINES from his eyes! I believe I can confidently say that this is a “gift” inherited honestly from his father. You should have seen him (Daniel – no, not his dad) obliterate his B-day cake! With a little “encouragement” from observers, he managed to wear it more than eat it. I think it was a great idea to buy him a b-day cake hat to wear for the pictures. I’m not sure I’d have been able to remove the blue icing stain from my backdrop!
